Do you offer pickup or have a store that we can view the products in-person?
To offer you the best possible price and keep overhead low, we do not have a storefront or pickup location at this time. Our products are cut, packaged and shipped directly from the warehouse.
Do you allow returns?
We do offer full refunds in accordance with our return policy. For more information on returns, please refer to our Return Policy page.
What is the difference between a standard and custom cut?
A standard cut is our affordable option. It is our standard width of 6.5 feet by the length of your choosing. Our custom cut is cut to order (up to 6.5 feet in width by the length of your choosing).
Can I cut the product myself?
While we do not recommend cutting the product yourself, it can be done. Cutting from the back makes the process much easier. A sharp X-Acto knife or scissors can be used to mimic the appearance of a professional cut.
Can I put multiple pieces together?
Yes. All of our standard cut products come with a joiner seam built-in. You can attach multiple pieces together to fit a large space seamlessly.
Can I get a product wider and/or longer than 42 feet?
Our maximum width is 6.5 feet wide. To achieve a wider width, you can use the joiner tape attached. In terms of length, we can manufacture rolls up to 82 feet. Rolls of this nature are unable to be shipped, however, and require special freight. For special shipping arrangements, please connect with our team through our Contact Us page.
